A very special neighborhood to call home
Beautiful, convenient and affordable. This limited collection of just 100 new townhomes – set in the heart of one of the region’s most popular communities – is being built in three phases with the first new homes scheduled for delivery in fall 2026.
Phase One
Comprised of 30 homes, and featuring both the Berkshire and Bently plans, Phase One homes back to either preserved wooded wetlands or a scenic retaining pond and will be the first to welcome residents.
Phase Two
This 34-unit phase will offer buyers the opportunity to select from the full range of home plans – Berkshire, Bently and Bayley – offering an elevated combination of ease and privacy.
Phase Three
Our final phase of homes will include a total of 36 units. All three home designs will be included, creating attainably-priced opportunities for a wide range of buyers.
